Terms and conditions of sale

At Klebentech you can pay the order in different ways. By Card, Paypal, Bizum or bank transfer.

If you choose to pay by card, at the end of the order, our page will direct you to a secure payment gateway and you must enter your card details during the confirmation of your order, the same if you choose the Paypal or Bizum payment method.

If you choose the bank transfer method, when you finish your order, you must make the transfer to the account number you will receive by email. The transfer must be pay within a period of 3 business days. If after this period the amount has not been received, the order will be cancelled.

Since the bank entities take about 2 days to reflect the transfers in our account and that the order only begins to be prepared when the payment is received, you can send us a proof of the transfer by email to ensure the stock of the product and speed up the shipment. The transfer costs are assumed by the buyer.

Klebentech S.L grants the right of return within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the order, if the goods are in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

If any product in the order has been sent by mistake or has a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs will be assumed by Klebentech S.L.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and depends on the city of each country. You can calculate them on the cart page when you have added the items. Any questions you can contact us at sales@klebentech.com.

Orders usually take 24 hours to prepare. Once it leaves our warehouses, it will arrive in 24/48 hours at the place indicated for shipments in Spain. European shipments will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the country. If by mistake there is no stock, within 24 hours we will contact you to let you know and we will inform you when we will have the product available. If you do not want it at the time we have notified you, the order could be cancelled as long as it was under these conditions.
